Tim's Cafe: A Hidden Gem in Calgary for Fresh, Delicious Eats

Tim's Cafe is a treasure. The food is fresh, delicious and made with care. The entire gang is so kind and wonderful. Calgary is extremely lucky to have such a unique little cafe. Was there the other day and ordered the wrong thing because my head was in the clouds. I was a little upset thinking I would be disappointed, but when it came out and I had my first bite, I was in heaven. It truly doesn't matter what you order; it's all great. Thank you so much Tim and the gang for always being awesome.

I recently came across a small local restaurant and was curious about their reviews, so I decided to give it a try. It’s not a fancy place, but I appreciated how clean and welcoming it felt. The restaurant is run by two polite gentlemen, and their service was great. The prices are very reasonable—my husband and I had breakfast for just $23 in total. One of the highlights for me was their homemade bread, which was delicious. The restaurant also has a strong sense of community. While we were there, I noticed an elderly lady sitting at a reserved table, and the server brought her coffee and muffins without her having to ask. It seemed like she was a regular, and it was really heartwarming to see that level of care. They also offer self-serve coffee and even have pork chops on the breakfast menu. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Not much to say except that: A) It's small and not fancy, and... B) It's a fantastic place to eat and the staff is fabulous! Might just be the best kept secret in all of Calgary! Good portions, very reasonable cost, super friendly and attentive staff. Two things to note: 1. There are only around 6 tables, so call ahead an hour or two with the time you'll be there and they'll save you a table. 2. I'm not 100% certain, but I don't "think" they take credit cards. I believe it's only cash or debit. (apologies if that isn't correct) Go there. Eat their seriously good food. You'll go back!

This gem in Calgary is a hole on the wall. Great service, g reat food and great prices. Tim and Dom have his place so well kept super friendly and super kind with their fresh bread made in house. Remember to make a reservation.

Today was my first time eating here. Tims cafe was highly raved about on the yyc foodies facebook page. The owners are super friendly and the food is amazing!!! Homemade bread in-house. I had the denver omelet the food portions are huge!!! This is definitely a hidden Jem in calgary. If you haven't eaten here you better give it a try. We will be back!!

The fellas that run this joint are just wonderful, and the food is always great! My spouse and I come here regularly because you just can't beat the atmosphere! Everyone knows each other here, and once you come you're part of the family! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely local hidden gem.

First class all day breakfast cafe located just East of 36th Street on 17th Avenue SE ( International Avenue). Small and cosy with only about a half dozen tables and it can be busy. Great Food, and unbeatable service. Breakfasts in 5 minutes!

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at Tim’s Cafe! Our food was delicious and the guys working there were so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be going back again sometime.
